At Tomás Guerrero SL, we monitor our chickens from the day they come into the world, until they reach the table, in whatever form our customers require.

The chickens at our farms are kept in a totally controlled environment, with the latest advances in ventilation systems and in accordance with all animal welfare standards.

They are located in the towns of Morón de la Frontera and Carmona, and in the province of Huelva.

Their feed is monitored by leading nutrition specialists, who formulate the feed needed by the animals at each stage of their lives. The chickens are continually monitored by integration technicians with extensive experience in the field.

Once the fattening stage is complete, they are transferred to a factory, located in Morón de la Frontera. They are transported in lorries, which are previously washed and disinfected at our “Disinfection and cleaning centre for vehicles that transport livestock by road “, located in Morón.

After arrival at our facilities, the poultry is processed in accordance with the regulations on animal welfare at slaughterhouses. This takes place at facilities that, despite their long history, are of the highest standard and that undergo continual evolution, and in accordance with the highest quality standards required by both the government and by the public, which we are attempting to satisfy.

At our factory, we have three production lines: carcasses, the cutting room and the processing room. We process different types of products in each of them:

- Entire chicken in carcasses
- Cutting room: breasts, legs, wings, drumsticks, thighs, etc.
- Processing room: hamburgers, sausages, kebabs, breaded products, cold cuts, etc.
