Company History

FAMILY is the key word in understanding our founder´s business career.

In the 1950`s Tomás Guerrero Martínez sets up a farm breeding chickens which would be the begining of his business career. Gradually, with the humility that guided all his life but with sure footed and with clear ideas of his objetive: to create a big business that would seem more like a big family, since it was only in this way that he envisage his relationship with his employees.

In the 60´s he decides to take the definitive step, moving on from his small hen breeding and eggs sales business to the start up of a poultry slaughterhouse. To make this, he knew that he had to surround himself with capable people who would accompany him in his adventure, thereby making his “family” bigger.

A Man with a great vision, he always had clear ideas of where the business opportunities were but he also knew to take into account how much the human factor means in a company. This is only achieved by a person gifted with such a generosity as his. A Generosity enough to pass on his knowledge openly. For this reason, in spit of his physical absence, all the advances made in our company continues to be a product of his teaching and therefore, of his credit.

The company has been growing and being vertically integrated until now having a its disposal almost the entire process: breeding, fattening up, slaughterhouse, quartering and manufacturing of chicken derivative meat products. In keeping with the company policy to offer maximum quality, there is a range of functional food under development which helps to improve the quality of life of our clients.
